Till now the company was offering this feature only to beta users. According to WABetaInfo, the version number of this latest update of WhatsApp is 22.214.171.124. It has been rolled out for stable version users of Android and iOS. By updating to the new version, users can enjoy the WhatsApp multi-device support feature in their phones. WABetaInfo also said in its report that WhatsApp may make multi-device version updates mandatory for future updates.
Chatting can be done even if there is no internet in the phone
The company introduced the multi-device feature in July. The special feature of this feature is that users will be able to access their WhatsApp account on four different devices even if the smartphone does not have an internet connection.
